Eastern Coalfields Limited, a subsidiary of Coal India Limited engaged in coal mining in West Bengal & Jharkhand state, invites applications for the post of Mining Sirdar from Indian nationals for filling up the vacancies through On-line mode before 10.03.2022.

Education Qualification:
i) 10+2 or equivalent.
ii) Valid Mining Sirdarship Certificate of Competency from DGMS.
iii) Valid Gas Testing Certificate.
iv) Valid First Aid Certificate.

i) Recognised Diploma or degree in Mining Engineering having valid statutory competency certificates,
recognised by DGMS to work as Mining Sirdar in coal mines.

ii) Application fee will be paid through On-line mode i.e. Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking etc.
There will not be any other mode of payment of application fee. In case a candidate deposits the fee in
any wrong account or through any other mode, ECL will not be responsible for non-receipt of application fee.
iii) No fee is required to be paid by the candidates belonging to SC/ST,Ex- Servicemen and Women
candidate, hence the steps for payment of fees will not be applicable to them in online application form.
iv) Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore advised to verify their eligibility conditions before applying.
