Educational Qualification
- Minimum 60% marks in the relevant qualification
- Graduate Trainee: B.E./B.Tech in concerned engineering discipline
- Management Trainee (Geology): PG in Geology / Applied Geology
- Management Trainee (Personnel/Welfare): PG Degree/Diploma in HR / IRPM / Social Work or MBA (HR)
- Management Trainee (Marketing/Materials/Systems): Relevant MBA / PG Diploma / Engineering Degree
- Manager (Survey): Graduate + Unrestricted Surveyor’s Certificate + 2 Years underground mining experience
