SCR Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2026
Educational Qualification
- Must have passed 10th class under 10+2 system with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
- Must possess ITI certificate in the relevant trade from a recognized institute affiliated with NCVT or SCVT.
- Engineering graduates and diploma holders are not eligible under this notification.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 15 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: as per service rules
Application Fee
- General / OBC / EWS (Male): ₹100
- SC / ST / Female / Transgender / PwBD: No Fee

SCR Apprentice Selection Process
The selection process for South Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2026 is completely merit-based.
