Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Those who are in the final year or semester of their graduation can also apply provisionally, provided they produce proof of passing the exam on or before 30.09.2026.

Detailed Selection Journey
The selection process consists of three distinct phases designed to test the aptitude, knowledge, and personality of the candidate. Aspirants are advised to prepare systematically for each stage.
Phase I: Preliminary Examination
This is an objective test conducted online for 100 marks. It includes English Language (30 questions), Quantitative Aptitude (35 questions), and Reasoning Ability (35 questions). There is no sectional cut-off, but candidates must score high enough to be among the top 10 times the number of vacancies in each category.
Phase II: Main Examination
The Main exam consists of an objective test (200 marks) and a descriptive test (30 marks). The objective part covers Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, and English. The descriptive test requires typing a letter and an essay on a computer. Candidates must qualify in each section separately.
Phase III: Psychometric Test & Interview
Shortlisted candidates undergo a Psychometric test for personality profiling. This is followed by Group Exercises (20 marks) and a Personal Interview (30 marks). The final merit list is prepared by normalizing the marks of Phase II and Phase III in a 75:25 ratio.
